Shipping policy

Order processing time: 1-2 days

Delivery time: 3-5 days, the peak period needs to be delayed by 3-5 days.

If you buy products in the United States, the products cannot be delivered to Alaska, Puerto Rico and other remote areas(Includes HI AK PR PO in USA).

Shipments cannot be made to the following military addresses:
The following three military states: AA, AE, AP
There are two military cities: APO and FPO.

For the United States; our products are shipped from local warehouses in the United States, and there are multiple sub-warehouses in various states in the United States.

In five European countries/regions: We have dedicated warehouses in Germany, the United Kingdom, France and the Czech Republic.



As our current European product inventory is relatively small, the products in the UK warehouse can only be shipped to the UK. German warehouses and French warehouses can only be sent to the corresponding countries, and only Czech warehouses can send international express. Therefore, please read the shipping instructions in the product description carefully when purchasing.
