3. Can it be shipped to anywhere in the United States?

No, due to shipping policies we cannot ship to the following areas: Four US states: HI AK PR PO We cannot ship to the following military addresses: The following three military states: AA, AE, AP There are two military cities: APO and Fleet Headquarters.

4. If I decide I don't want it after receiving and opening the package to use the hoverboard, can I return it?

If it has been used, we do not support returns.

5. Which express delivery service do you use?

Generally use UPS or FedEx, if you have other designated carriers, you can contact us.


6. I haven’t received the shipping email/confirmation email?

Please note that when your order ships, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided. Please check all folders, including spam. If you confirm that you have placed an order and paid successfully, but have not received the email, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the product.


7. How do I track my order?

8. If I don't want it after I receive it, I haven't opened the package or used the hoverboard yet. Can I return it?

We can accept returns if you have not opened the package and used the hoverboard.


9. Can the color or model be changed after placing the order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you need to contact us and you can also change the color. If the order has been shipped, color changes cannot be made


10. In case of unforeseen circumstances
