What is your shipping times?

Under normal circumstances, items are usually shipped within 2 business days and it can be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are.

Do I need to pay shipping cost?

No, we offer free shipping in the US.

Can it be shipped to anywhere in the United States?

We ship to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. states. Excluded US states: Hawaii and Alaska. Excluded countries: Puerto Rico and Portugal. We cannot ship to the following military addresses: The following three military states: AA, AE, AP There are two military cities: APO and Fleet Headquarters.

If I decide I don't want it after receiving the package, can I return it?

Which express delivery service do you use?

Generally use UPS or FedEx, if you have other designated carriers, you can contact us.

I haven’t received the shipping email/confirmation email?

Please note that when your order ships, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided. Please check all folders, including spam. If you confirm that you have placed an order and paid successfully, but have not received the email, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the product.

How do I track my order?

After the order is sent, the tracking number will be automatically sent to you via email, and you can use the tracking number to check the logistics information. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.

 

Can the color or model be changed after placing the order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you need to contact us immediately to request any changes. If the order has been shipped then changes cannot be made.

In case of unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, unforeseen delays caused by road construction, diversions or mechanical failure, unforeseen production delays, delays caused by third party suppliers , in each case (subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control) we may be unable to deliver the Goods within these time frames and we will not be liable for any delay or failure if the delay or failure is caused in whole or in part by such circumstances Responsibility for delivery of goods. If timely delivery is not possible, an alternative delivery date will be given. Special circumstances such as high order volume, new product releases, or restock days may also cause extended shipping times.
