SISIGAD Warranty Services

90-Day Limited Warranty (Applicable to Hoverboards)

Eligibility for Warranty Service:

  • Provide a copy of the sales receipt from an authorized retail partner or the order number from within 90 days of purchase.
  • Product must not be used for rental, commercial purposes, or competitions.
  • Limited to parts or issues caused by manufacturer defects within 90 days.
  • Each product can only file one warranty claim.

Limitations of Liability:

  • This 90-day limited warranty is non-transferable after the initial sale of the product.
  • Only covers parts due to manufacturer defects (excluding tires and tire tubes).
  • Product performance or other aspects must not be modified without approval for the warranty to remain valid.
  • Replaced units under warranty are not covered by additional warranties.
  • Replacement units may be refurbished, fully functional but with minor cosmetic damages.
  • No reimbursement for towing, loss of time, loss of use, inconvenience, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Warranty becomes void if water damage due to weather is determined; owner is responsible for weather protection and storage.
  • SISIGAD does not provide warranty for products or trade accessories not manufactured by SISIGAD, such as motors, tires, wheels, and batteries. Such items are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, if any.
  • Warranty does not cover minor surface blemishes, tears, or other cosmetic damage due to normal use, intentional or unintentional damage to the product.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper application of cleaners, solvents, chemicals, water damage, smoke, soot, exposure to saltwater, sea breeze, or salt.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to aging, such as paint fading, deterioration of plated surfaces, rubber or plastic deterioration, or rust.
  • Warranty does not cover improper repair or misdiagnosis of problems.
  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, use other than specified in the Owner’s Manual, or use under abnormal conditions is not covered by this warranty.
  • This limited warranty excludes products sold second hand, open box, including but not limited to floor models, refurbished equipment, items sold without a manufacturer’s warranty, or sold "as is".
  • Warranty becomes void if the hoverboard shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond normal use, including water damage. Wear and tear are not covered under this warranty, only craftsmanship defects such as receiving a DOA (Dead On Arrival) product or a faulty chipboard.

12-Month Comprehensive Warranty (Applicable to Electric Scooters)

Eligibility for Warranty Service:

  • Provide a copy of the sales receipt from an authorized retail partner or the order number from within 12 months of purchase.
  • Product must not be used for rental or commercial purposes.
  • Not applicable for competitions.

Limitations of Liability:

  • This 12-month comprehensive warranty is non-transferable after the initial sale of the product.
  • Warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
  • Does not cover damages caused by human factors.
  • Does not cover gradual reduction in battery capacity, as it is considered normal.
  • Claims Process:

  • Valid warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product.
  • Before making a warranty claim, it is advisable to contact as there might be a simple solution to the problem.
  • Valid warranty claims will be processed by SISIGAD within 12 months of the initial purchase.
  • SISIGAD will not replace any part without first reviewing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide evidence via email.

Shipping Damage Claims:

  • In rare cases where the item is damaged during transportation, please contact and provide photo or video evidence.
  • Note: Shipping damage claims will not be accepted more than 7 days after receiving the products.

Repair Service:

  • Only provides free replacement parts.
  • Free accessories will not be replaced or compensated if they are scratched during transportation.

Limitation of Damages:

  • Except where prohibited by applicable law, SISIGAD shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when SISIGAD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
