1. What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal and credit card payments, you can choose a method you like during checkout. In some case, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. If you met this situation, please click here!

2. Why My Card Was Declined?

The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that your bank has declined it. Please contact your bank, let them know it is you making this payment. Once they've confirmed this transaction, your next attempt should be successful. If all else fails, you can switch to your other credit/debit card. Besides, If you have a PayPal account, try to pay by PayPal.

3. Will I receive the scooter fully assembled?

The SISIGAD SCOOTER will arrive at your doorstep 90% assembled. Unpacking and assembling will take about 10-20 minutes. All you have to do is mount the front wheel, handlebar, seat post, and pedals, and do a thorough check to ensure everything is tight. You will find clear instructions and the necessary tools in the accessory box in your packaging. The process of assembled should not take longer than 25 minutes.

5. How long is shipping?

6. What if the products I received are damaged/defective?

If you receive a damaged/defective product, please fill in our customer support form to contact us or simply send an email to support@sisigad.com. Please attach any relevant videos or photos showing your issue so the specialists can best assist you.

7. I am very interested in your E-scooter but want to make sure it will fit me.

8. Will the production E-scooter be exactly like the ones pictured?

We reserve the right to make modifications in the interest of delivering a better product to you. Since our first launch, we have made tweaks and refinements to our E-scooter. We are continuously making improvements to the E-scooter as we move towards production, so the E-scooter you received might be slightly different but only better.

9. Do I need a license to ride an E-scooter on road?

No. All the models of SISIGAD E-scooter comply with the specifications of the US law and you do not need a license to ride it.

10. What precautions should be taken before the first use?
Ensure the hoverboard is fully charged before the initial use, avoiding overcharging.
Press the start switch to enter the self-balancing mode, controlling turns, forward, or backward movements with subtle body shifts.

11. How can charging issues be addressed?
If unable to charge, check if the temperature is too high and wait for an hour before attempting to recharge.
To reactivate the mainboard, try removing and plugging the charging port 4-5 times.

12. What factors influence the usage time of the hoverboard?
Typically, the hoverboard lasts for about 30-45 minutes.
Factors affecting usage time include user weight, road conditions, temperature, riding speed, and battery power.

13. How to reset the hoverboard?
Turn off the hoverboard.
Place it on a level surface, ensuring no tilt, and calibrate balance.
Hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds.
Power off and restart the hoverboard.
If issues persist, attempt the reset process again.

14. I don't use it very often. When I take it out and turn on it, I find that the hoverboard is broken. What's going on?

Battery Issues: Prolonged periods of inactivity may result in a loss of battery charge capacity. Try charging for a period to see if the battery can be revived. If the battery is aging, it may need replacement.

Circuit Connection Problems: Extended periods of non-use can lead to loose or oxidized circuit connections. Check the circuit connections, ensure all connections are secure, and clean the plugs and sockets.

Mechanical Issues: Tires may lose elasticity due to prolonged inactivity, causing the self-balancing scooter to malfunction. Check if the tires are properly inflated, and if they are air-filled, ensure the pressure is appropriate.

Software Issues: If the self-balancing scooter has control software, it may require a software update. Connect to a mobile app or computer for updates to ensure the system is running smoothly.

Storage Environment Issues: Storing the scooter in a damp or extreme temperature environment for an extended period may damage electronic components. Store the self-balancing scooter in a dry and warm environment whenever possible.
