Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Orders must be cancelled within 2 hours of placement due to our expedited order processing. If cancellation is requested after this window, orders cannot be changed. Please make selections carefully and seek guidance from our team to ensure the right items are chosen. For orders not cancelled within 2 hours, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on returns and refunds.

Card Processing Fee: A 5% deduction will apply to refunds for cancelled orders after card funds have been captured. If the item has already shipped, then a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund.
