HOVERBOARD AND KART

A problem started from the beginning. The first kart did not have all the necessary nuts and bolts for assembly. I opened the second kart to see if it had all the hardware. I had everything, so I was able to see what was missing from the first box. I went to the hardware store to buy missing parts, for $10.00.
The assembly instructions should be more descriptive. The instructions were not very easy to follow.
The charging information was vague. I did not know if the hoverboard came charged.
I pushed the on button, the light was red. I started charging the board. The instructions said it could take three hours and to check by unplugging and press the start button.
I did that but the light was red. Your instructions did not explain unplug the charger from the hoverboard. I was only unplugging the charger from the outlet. So, the light was always red. Once I removed the charger from the hoverboard the light went green.
Three days later my grandkids came over to ride. One board took right off. The other board was a problem. the board would not move, I tightened the board to the kart and then it would only go in circles. After recalibrating the board worked fine for about fifteen minutes. Within minutes the red light came on both hoverboards. I did not want to use the boards until they were recharged.

Maybe you can send me an answer to these questions.
1. DO THE BOARDS COME CHARGED?
2. DO THE BOARDS LOSE CHARGE WHEN NOT IN USE?
3. DO THE BOARDS NEED CHARGING ONLY WHEN THE RED LIGHT GOES ON?
4. CAN THE BOARDS BE CHAGED BEFORE THE RED LIGHT GOES ON?
5. CAN THE BOARDS BE OVER CHARGED?
6. WHAT IS MY COURSE OF ACTION IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
7. IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL FOR HELP?

I ordered the blue carbon as a Christmas gift. This hoverboard is working great, looks cool, and my 9 year old daughter caught on quick and loves riding it. Speed is swift and just right for us. The bluetooth speaker works well with IPhone, and battery life seems to be good. I would purchase again. Thank you!

Given as a gift to a 10 yr. old for Christmas. He LOVED the color and the lights. I bought the blue galaxy style. He practiced in the house all day. It seems very sturdy. Haven't had long enough to gauge the battery life. It was a big hit!!

These are really amazing for the price, they move right along and even carry me without a problem, at 230lbs. They have an onboard Bluetooth speaker that have great sound, my boys zip around the house music blaring, its kind of annoying. All in all these are so worth the money!
